We at Virtual Administrative Services of Virginia provide you with professional services at competitive rates. We have tailored our pricing to offer a range of options to best suit your business including; hourly rates, per project rate, and retainer options. Please contact us to discuss which pricing option is best for you. Our rates and terms are as follows:

Hourly Rates:

We bill clients at an hourly rate for general administrative tasks. Hourly rates will vary depending on complexity of tasks and services needed. The maximum rate is $25.00 an hour.

Per Project Rate:

We provide quotations per project based on the complexity and duration of the project. But you are free to make a reasonable offer to us of what you feel is realistic. If we accept your offer it becomes payable in advance.

Our terms of service...

Our Terms:  We require an e-mail acceptance of our contract offer prior to commencement of work. We require a payment of 50% of the cost of special projects before work commences on the project. Incidental expenses such as courier costs, postage, and long distance and international calls will be detailed and invoiced separately. Payment is due on receipt of invoice.

We accept payments by  certified and cashier's cheques, money orders and online through PayPal.

"Rush" orders will be subject to an additional 20% charge.

Cheques returned to us will be subject to a $30.00 service charge.

Services Retainer I

Three months of administrative services up to 120 hours at a discounted  rate of $15.00 an hour. Extra hours billed separately at the standard rate of $18.00 an hour. Retainers are payable in advance and non-refundable. Unused hours are rolled over with contract renewal. E-mail offer and acceptance is considered a binding contract. Local contracts include pickup and/or delivery when needed. Shipping charges may apply when contract is not local and will be billed separately. 

Price: $1,700.00

Services Retainer II 

Three months of administrative services up to 180 hours at a discounted rate of $12.00 an hour. Extra hours billed separately at the standard rate of $14.00 an hour. Retainers are payable in advance and non-refundable. Unused hours are rolled over with contract renewal. E-mail offer and acceptance is considered a binding contract. Local contracts include pickup and/or delivery when needed. Shipping charges may apply when contract is not local and will be billed separately. 

Price: $1,360.00

Retainer Terms:

Retainer contracts are for a minimum of 3 months.  Payments are due in advance. Retainer fees are non-refundable, but unused hours will be carried over to the next month if contract is renewed. Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Monthly Retainers:

Our primary goal is to foster ongoing and long term partnerships with our clients. With that in mind, we offer the following monthly retainer options to clients who need support on a continual basis. Our retainer terms are as follows:

~ Retainer I  ~ Clients using 40  hours of our services per month for three months, will be billed at a discounted rate of $15.00 an hour.

~ Retainer II ~ Clients requiring 60 hours of our services per month for three months, will be billed at a discounted rate of $12.00 an hour..
